Cattles plc ("Cattles") notes that the National Consumer Council is expected to
launch a super-complaint to the Office of Fair Trading ("OFT") about the
competitive nature of the home credit sector and confirms that this sector
accounts for less than 15 per cent of its consumer division loan book.

Cattles is a highly responsible lender and will co-operate fully, in the event
of any OFT enquiry into the UK home credit sector.
