I did retire at 35 because of two companies I co-founded and one was listed on Nasdaq. But the Governor of West Virginia (now) made an offer to take the company private and I cashed out and I am now domiciled in Mexico but take frequent trips to Vegas.

Well, according to this X post, he said he hasn't found a company to review and send Form 211 to FINRA that doesn't cost in excess of $20k. I don't know if that's true or not, or what's really going on. Can someone weigh in on this process??

The OTCM isn't an Exchange or Regulator regulator - it is a public for profit PR company.

Watch for there to be a fee to be listed as OTCID. But this won't happen until mid-2025.
