- SNPW had paid equipment to build the Medrecycler-RI ready to go at the leased location

-SNPW had/has a signed deal with FoxEss to distribute their products

- FoxESS listed SPPC as their only global partner on their official website

- SNPW has a signed agreement with GEP New Energy Vietnam to be its sole distributor n the US for 2 years

- GEP New Energy Vietnam parent company, Sun Group list SPPC as the sole contact for GEP New Energy US on their corporate directory.

- GEP New Energy expanded that partnership to included SPPC being the official importer for their solar panels from China to Australia

- SNPW had a signed contract to purchase a building in Elba AL
