                      First Commercial Sales of AXIS-3D(R)





Image Scan, a leading provider of multi-view, 3D X-ray imaging technologies for
the security and industrial inspection markets, is pleased to announce
completion  of the first order for its 3DX-CamerasTM to Rapiscan Security
Products Limited ("Rapiscan").


The order for the cameras, worth a total of #120,000, form the core of Image
Scan's unique AXIS-3D(R) three dimensional X-ray imaging systems and represent the first
commercial sales of the product under the existing sales and marketing agreement with Rapiscan,
originally signed in June 2002.



The 3DX-CamerasTM  have been incorporated into Rapiscan's version of the AXIS-3D
(R) unit and have, in turn, been sold to Rapiscan customers in the CIS and
Romania. Within the order is included the camera for the AXIS-3D(R) system which
is currently undergoing trials at Heathrow's Terminal 1.
