This POS is doing another Reverse Split less than 2 months after their last one - HOW WORTHLESS IS THE CEO AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS THAT THE ONLY WAY TO INCREASE SHARE PRICE IS BY STEALING FROM SHAREHOLDERS EVERY 2 MONTHS?

November 26th is a 35 to 1 RS - can you say POS?

$CETX News: Cemtrex’s Vicon Industries Unveils the Next Evolution of Camera Technology with NEXT™ Modular Camera System

Next Generation Modular Camera Platform That Delivers: Rapid Installation, AI Processing Capabilities, Advanced Onboard Technologies and Integrations

Hauppauge, NY, Nov. 12, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- - Cemtrex Inc. (NASDAQ: CETX, CETXP), an advanced security technology and industrial services company, today announced that its subsidiary, Vicon Industries, unveiled NEXT™, a next generation modular camera platform that transforms how security integrators and end-users install, interact, and support their camera systems.

https://ml.globenewswire.com/Resource/Download/ec436265-58fc-43ea-8057-a5707603149a/image1.png

For an introduction video to Vicon’s NEXT, please follow the link here

NEXT completely rethinks the traditional camera experience by reducing installation time from hours to minutes, leveraging the most powerful AI processing capabilities on the market, and deploying advanced onboard technologies and integrations.

Rapid Installation: NEXT features Vicon’s groundbreaking patented snap-and-twist design, so installers can set up each camera in under five minutes without specialized tools. Once installed, remote positioning allows installersβ€”and even end usersβ€”to set the perfect field-of-view from anywhere within seconds. Additionally, its unique modular design combined with its interchangeable mix-and-match components, supports endless customer applications without the need for additional training or tools.

AI Processing Capabilities: With industry-leading AI processing capabilities, NEXT brings powerful intelligence right to the camera, enabling security professionals to quickly identify incidents and suspects. NEXT’s advanced color forensics can pinpoint specific clothing and vehicle colors, while smart object classification instantly distinguishes between people, vehicles, and animals. Real-time analytics take it further, detecting potential threats like loitering and intrusions before they escalate.

Advanced Onboard Technologies & Integrations: Packed with several intelligent features, NEXT’s compact design includes high-powered microphones with a 50-foot range and 360° commercial-grade speakers for real-time audio warnings and communications. Additionally, the dome contains programmable signal lightbars to communicate situational awareness status to indicate threats, warnings or other operational conditions.

Modular Sensor System: A single hub can manage up to four sensors, optimizing installation and reducing the need for multiple network drops or power sources, making it highly efficient. Whether now or down the road save time and hassle by leveraging the unique design of NEXT to future proof your organization.
β€œSaving up to 45 minutes of setup time per camera gives our partners a powerful advantage, especially when you need to install hundreds of cameras on a job site,” said Haim Shain, Sr. Vice President of Product Management. β€œFurthermore, because of the easy setup, built-in intelligence, and remote positioning, they won’t have to return to the site just to adjust the field-of-view, re-tune the camera, clean the lens, etc., which means integrators can spend less time servicing old business and focus more on winning new customers. This efficiency cuts their project costs tremendously, which can help them be more competitive in their bids, ultimately delivering more to their bottom lines.”

Saagar Govil, CEO of Vicon Industries, added, β€œNEXT embodies our vision of security technology as more than passive recordingβ€”it’s an active tool that delivers intelligence. Most security cameras today are outdated, built on disjointed technologies that have been stacked on top of each other for over 50 years. With NEXT, we started from scratch, seeking to redefine what a camera can be. NEXT possesses features that truly address modern organizations’ unique security needs and integration challenges that come with them.”

β€œThat’s why we built NEXT from the ground up with the latest AI technologyβ€”30x more powerful than our award-winning Roughneck AI cameras,” Shain added. β€œCustomers who invest in the NEXT solution today will benefit from frequent and regular future enhancements, many of which are already on deck. For example, additional advanced on-board technologies, such AI noise cancellation and the seamless integration with IoT devices, will be available via a simple firmware update in the very near future. Additionally, the modular design of NEXT lends itself to an expanding ecosystem of sensors to further support the growing needs of today’s businesses.”

NEXT integrates seamlessly into Vicon’s existing ecosystem, enhancing intelligent forensic searches within both Valerus, Vicon’s on-premises Video Management System, and Anavio, its cloud-based platform. With Anavio, NEXT also supports face-based People Search, enabling users to track suspicious individuals throughout their facilities with precision and ease. Vicon is currently certifying NEXT with the industry's other top video management systems, allowing customers to leverage the camera’s innovative features without having to rip and replace their existing systems and infrastructure.

"NEXT represents a strategic shift for Vicon. By integrating with other major video management systems, we’re expanding beyond our own ecosystem to deliver broader value in the security market. Many enterprises are not in the position to switch video management systems, but they can still take advantage of NEXT’s benefits with its seamless integration into their existing platform. The process is already underway, and we expect final certification with the top five video management systems prior to shipping," Govil concluded.

The company is taking orders now, and the NEXT solution will start shipping in Q1 2025.

Where to See NEXT
In conjunction with the announcement Vicon is kicking off a webinar series to showcase NEXT with an exclusive webinar scheduled for November 14 for existing Vicon customers. The company will be exhibiting at upcoming tradeshows, starting with ISC East at the Jacob Javitz Center in New York City (November 19-21). Additional information about NEXT is available here https://vicon-security.com/introducing-next.

Typical ghost town in here as traders and investors realize that this company May in fact reverse split one more time by December. Warrant conversion prices are still at 74 cents per share. Has anyone else noticed our market cap increased today exponentially? I wonder if this is due to all the new shares from warrant conversions

On October 3, 2024, the Company completed a one-for-sixty reverse stock split of the outstanding shares of its common stock. As of October 17, 2024, as a result of the split and after certain warrant exercises on the Company’s outstanding Series A Warrants, the Company had 1,441,927 Series A Warrants and 15,444,532 Series B Warrants outstanding, with an adjusted exercise price per share of $0.7446. The Company has reserved 15,444,532 shares of common stock for future exercises of the Series B Warrants and, because of the alternative cashless feature on the Series A Warrants, the Company has reserved 4,325,781 shares of common stock for future exercise of the Series A Warrants. The Company therefore has outstanding warrants to purchase 19,770,313 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $0.7446 per share (the β€œAdjustable Warrants”) that provide that upon the completion of the Reverse Split the exercise price of warrants will be reduced to the lowest daily volume weighted average price during the five consecutive trading days prior to the date of such Reverse Split and the five consecutive trading days after the date of such Reverse Split (assuming such price is less than the exercise price then in effect), and the number of warrant shares issuable shall be increased such that the aggregate exercise price payable thereunder, after taking into account the decrease in the exercise price, shall be equal to the aggregate exercise price on the date of issuance. If we complete a Reverse Split, this provision will likely result in the post-split exercise price of the Adjustable Warrants being reduced and the number of shares of common stock underlying the Adjustable Warrants being significantly increased.

I'm just going to assume that no one posting on this form actually owns the stock.

Trying to warn everybody here about what the new filing means and if they go through with another RS, anyone long the shares right now will lose their entire investment.

Looks like the 74 cent warrant holders have been shorting the stock days prior and after the reverse split from October 3rd and will do the same ahead of this next one coming up

Smilin_B Smilin_B 1 month ago
Yes I agree when it was trading over 45 cents into the 50 cent area, stocktwits was lit up like a Christmas tree with a post every 3 seconds (unlike this place which is a complete Ghost Town).  Unfortunately, there must be some type of dilutive forces at work because that rally was very short-lived and we are back down into the 42-cent range in after hours
