Instead of helping each other they don't won't anyone to make more money(or any money) then them. When clearly there is too much money out here to be made. At the Company's June 1, 2022 annual stockholders meeting the company is going to seek a reverse stock split...

I don't like being a minority shareholder, so that probably rules out an investment by me for the time being.

Looks like CLXT was on the way down well before MONs tie up. I keep looking at what this company does and like what I see although it did climb way to high after the IPO. Thus it may be invest-able at this level or close to this level. It may continue down for a while although it is currently about half its high.

I know you like to look at ag type biotech companies. What are your thoughts on this company? Profitability seems to be some way off and I suspect that there is nobody looking to take it over.
