(b) On August 22, 2024, the Board of Directors of The Mosaic Company (“Mosaic”), in connection with Corrine D. Ricard's intention to retire from Mosaic, approved Ms. Ricard's transition from Senior Vice President - Digital Strategy to a Senior Advisor effective October 1, 2024. Ms. Ricard will serve as a Senior Advisor to Mosaic from that date through her planned retirement at the end of this year.
