Export Credit Corporation) Accelerated Return Notes Linked to the
Russell 2000 Index. Priced at $10.00 per unit with an initial offer
size of 7,950,000 units, this equity trades under the ticker symbol
REU and has a maturity date of April 6, 2009. The notes are issued
