NOTICE TO THE MARKET

 

 

Companhia de Saneamento Básico do Estado de São Paulo – Sabesp (“Company” or “Sabesp”), hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, on November 14, 2024, it executed a financing agreement of R$1,060,000,000.00 (one billion and sixty million reais) with the International Finance Corporation – IFC. The financing consists of a Sustainability-Linked Loan.

 

The resources are aimed at basic sanitation infrastructure investments referring to the Perus Sewage System (SES) (West and East System) and Guarulhos Vertentes 2 and 3, in São Paulo Metropolitan Region, related to the Integra Tietê Program, to increase sewage treatment and, consequently, improve the water quality of the Tietê River in the City of São Paulo.
