2022 /CNW/ - Medical Facilities Corporation (TSX: DR)
("Medical Facilities" or the "Company") today announced a
correction to its press release issued under the same headline
earlier today. The ex-dividend date has been changed because of the
new federal statutory holiday on September
30, 2022, in Canada. The
payable date has also been changed from the earlier press release.
The corrected dates are reflected below.
A cash dividend payment of Cdn $0.0805 per common share will be payable on
October 15, 2022, to holders of
record of common shares at the close of business on September
30, 2022.
The ex-dividend date for this distribution is September 28, 2022. Medical Facilities designates
this dividend to be an "eligible dividend" pursuant to subsection
89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and its equivalent in any provinces of
Canada.
