That means some investors are also buying.
Till April/May 2025 i guess we will be between 0.1 and 0.15 on small volume....after that if significant deals will be announced we could see easily 0.3 to 0.5 or buy out at those prices..if no deals,we could go to 0.05 , lower or bankrupt later in 2025 ..Q2 2025 will be important...

The demand for energy to put towards all this infrastructure will be undoubtedly stripped out from under the feet of everyday consumers. AI/automation will permantly displace the human workforce.

So many - the vast majority - will become purely dependent on universal basic income and the more that come to rely on government handouts, the greater the financial burdens placed on those who remain as active participants in the economy. The party hasn't even started and the vast majority are living paycheck to paycheck.

They say businesses (from start ups to conglomerates) will pay taxes to support UBI. So in other words everyone who remains productive will pay to support a growing number of poor on top of the largest cohort in history retiring while falling ill to chronic disease (let alone the astronomical number of children today with diabetes).

To maintain order, peace and compliance, you'll absolutely need AI and hyperscale data centers to keep a tight leash on the masses, especially in a time where many of human rights and freedoms will be eroded. What's the value of a vote (illusion of choice) when you're purely reliant on a government handout? Zero.

In the age of equity and equality, combined with the desire to lower the carbon footprint, we'll see AI given equal rights aka equal access to energy resources. AI will become the largest "consumer" of goods and services moving forward.

Digital ID and digital credit-based system will displace the fiat currency system within the decade. Fully programmable, AI algorithms will determine who wins and who loses in ways we can only imagine. Generational wealth will be hard to come by when private land ownership is no longer permitted (see UNDRIP).

No doubt there will be ways to manipulate the algorithms in one's favor to a degree, but the world as we know it, from a top-down point of view will start and end at the data center.

“get in the way”? There is no way or path at this point in time. It is all blurry. We might not survive another financing, which will definitely be required in about 6mo from now,

Spectra7 has spent the last 5 years being 2Quarters away from rev. In fact that at one time claimed to be 1 quarter away from Cash Positive. They have never delivered to date.

Several major companies in the interconnect industry are currently selling active copper cables (ACCs) for data center applications. Here are some of the key players:

## Major ACC Manufacturers

**Amphenol Corporation**: A leading provider of high-speed interconnect solutions, Amphenol offers a range of active copper cable products for data center applications[1].

**NVIDIA Corporation**: Known for its graphics processing units, NVIDIA also produces active copper cables as part of its networking product line[1].

**TE Connectivity**: This global technology company offers various active copper cable solutions for high-speed data transmission[1].

**Volex**: A global leader in high-speed data center interconnect products, Volex manufactures and supplies high-speed pluggable copper cable assemblies, including active copper cables[3].

## Emerging Players

**Spectra7 Microsystems**: While not directly selling cables, Spectra7 provides the GaugeChanger™ chips used in many active copper cables. They partner with cable manufacturers to integrate their technology[2][4].

**I-PEX**: This Japanese connector and cable supplier is developing active copper cable solutions incorporating Spectra7's chips[2].

## Product Offerings

These companies typically offer:

- Direct Attach Copper (DAC) cables
- PCIe cables
- SAS cables
- QSFP-DD and OSFP form factor cables for 400G and 800G applications

Many of these manufacturers are focusing on developing 800G active copper cables to meet the increasing bandwidth demands of modern data centers[4][5].

## Availability and Future Developments

While many of these products are currently available, some next-generation solutions are still in development. For example:

- I-PEX anticipates delivering cable samples to customers for qualification in the first half of 2025[2].
- Spectra7 and Volex recently demonstrated 800G active copper interconnects, indicating that these products will be available in the near future[4].

As data center architectures continue to evolve and demand for higher bandwidth increases, we can expect to see more companies entering this market and expanding their active copper cable offerings.

This is common in business. Employees are notorious for not buying the stock of their own company or that of those their friends work at. Whether due to indifference or fear of insider knowledge trading I do not know. It will move when deals are announced.

You would think those that know our new CEO and his abilities would be looking into S7 and pickup some shares, yet that isn't happening.

Spectra777 Spectra777 5 days ago
I'll admit from a speaker/representative point of view this is the kind of person we needed- someone with a personality and social presence. It does speak volumes.

I could see him being someone who could actually establish a sales and communications strategy the company so desperately needs.

Another opportunity as well, considering his background would be to establish a complementary SAS component in terms of software offering of some kind related to improving DC efficiency and configuration etc.

For S7 he could be the breath of fresh air they needed to get things started as far as developing valuable partnerships too.

I think S7 took several steps up

https://www.linkedin.com/in/ojavaid/details/recommendations/?detailScreenTabIndex=0

There is not a better connected and respected global digital media executive in my mind. He is truly a visionary in international mobile developments.

I worked with Omar for several years while Omar was with Qualcomm. It was my privilege to work with him because he was one of the most bright managerial and entreprenual talent at Qualcomm.

Despite the fact that he was assigned to a very tough task of starting a new business from the scratch against competitors with hundred times more resources, he was successful in making the Qualcomm product the best known and most adopted solution in the market.

Basis for his business achievement was his gift in recognizing the opportunites, talent in strategy formulation, energy for endless customer meetings, thoughtfulness in managing the teams to produce the best possible results.

I can simply say, he was one of the most talented executives who've worked at Qualcomm.

Omar was the CTO but in truth he was the lifeblood of the organization. He performed duties that the CEO should have done, and his knowledge and ability to communicate the company's focus and direction make him a brilliant executive. I would not hesitate to follow him in any future venture.

While I understand why you might look to Nvidia for AI infrastructure guidance, I think it is time to let go of Nvidia itself as the primary source. S7 has several other hyrperscalers evaluating and a new CEO with a lot of connections. They have a new 224Gbps silicon ready to tape out and a new internal cable for switches and servers. That along with a niche market in 112Gbps will be the greater portion of their opportunity in the market. The new CEO matters more than some might think.
