He never really said it would be for the start of the MASL season.  Just said it would happen on the app.  All they have to do is do it once ;).

so going into the season there is 0 confirmation on VuMe being involved whatsoever

MASL posted that they'd have a big announcement today at noon, there is no reference or reason to believe it is connected with VuMe but still interested to see what it is

18 million transaction

Haven't had much time to dig, but feel like I have found everything I can with what has been provided to us. Nothing new has popped up on socials, which makes me think they are all being very hush hush, or it's just smoke and mirrors.

I tend to think they do have some big things in the works, based on all my previous findings. My disappointment comes from the missed deadlines, and MASL being one *UNLESS it is somehow unannounced and VuMe will be showing it on the 29th.. That just seems unlikely, but still possible. Maybe they will test it out quietly???

They need to just split and start over . Management is awful .

On another note ... looks like someone is able to get 1s and lower :/.  Probably Mx.  lol

That's what I'm thinking and hoping.  But it is frustrating not hearing anything and constantly being let down.  

But yes.   If this is to truly 'pop' and get momentum, they need Pr after PR etc.  

Down but not out yet.  Just venting my frustrations and confusion.

Wish we had more to go on.  I know Slopps usually does better digging on positive notes (thank you sloppy)... just trying to figure anything out here.   Yes.  The next couple of months will be telling but in all honesty ST3 painted a picture that things were possibly moving forward. And yet it sits stagnate and back to EM again.  Really doesn't paint a picture of Nasdaq bound (or any other app release, acquisition progress etc. ).

All things considered, I'm under the impression that ST3 is trying to bootstrap as much as possible to get something going. Probably want to hit the ground running with a series of PRs to get the price to spike, followed by a rs. Will be really interesting to see what comes to fruition over the next few months

This one is pretty disappointing. They drop a pr like that 8 months to the day of the season starter and they have zero updates on it?? Then go to EM right before it for the 4th time after receiving "the funds needed" to kick things off.

Well they have been awfully silent, so I guess they are working extremely hard...

Again, I think they are getting closer, having just hired Eric to host live broadcasts, but that is a TON of behind the scenes that needs to be worked out ahead of time (and maybe that's what they are doing?)

Call me what you want, even though I am disappointed, I think they are still doing everything they can with their limited funding to make this work, ahead of an RS. He could've done that LOOOOONG ago, and hasn't.

Let's hope he is waiting to for a spike in SP to reward some long time investors!

Any excitement will be pushed to the new year my guess.  And it will be wild with what's about to come. Sorry for the downer but hard not to be with his lack of any follow through.   Imo.

I hear ya.  I think it's just 'an option'. I mean I think he uses the EM to do certain things.  But he has come out of it and has put out some great connections who can possibly make things happen.  

Without any info from the company we can all speculate.  

if the plan the whole time is Chapter 11, what would be the point in delaying it? wouldn't it make more sense to rip the band aid off and start restructuring?

Perhaps series G shares as collateral ?

It is possible option.  But if that happens can he still make the minor acquisition and use the equity financing at all. I don't think so.  And that would mess The company up for some time.  

Chapter 11 sound like an option .. ST3 doesn't give a darn about his investors- shareholders .. Due in everything he touches, dont even think his APP will be launched. I remember he said .. when it's quiet we work hard, yeah ... about time he puts his money where his big mouth is me thinks. This guy is a handfull.

There were a bunch more smaller ones (settlements) in September and October and I was speculating maybe they have their ducks in a row and have some financing (at that time) lined up.  But at this point it's about a month away they are due.  I'm just wondering how they can pay them or can they delay the judgements further.  I'm not sure.  Was wondering if anyone knew what happens here and what are their options.  

are these litigation fees due or are they past due debts? the plaintiff can go after assets, a settlement, or could bide their time to come after future cash flow

I'm not sure if the company has any means to come up with cash flow out of nowhere?

Unpopular question and thought.  What are people's theories on how they will pay for the lawsuit fees due in December .. ? :(
