Somatic Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SMAS) today formally announced their plans to uplist from the Pinksheets to the OTC Bulletin Board stock exchange. The company has begun preparing the necessary documentation to become fully reporting with the Securities and Exchange Commission, including preparing their financial reporting for the auditing process.
