If this company doesn’t exist, how do you claim your loss if you can’t sell your shares??? Does the trading platform work that out?

The shell will still exist after the deadline. Just No one can buy it. It might be better to go current after the deadline.

Once it becomes current there will be substantial demand almost like an IPO.

So this doesn’t look like it’s going to be current by the deadline….. the SS is awesome, could there ever be a chance a RM could happen and it’s worth investing in this crap company?

Your not the only one. Its had a ton of volume, that would have moved it higher couple months ago. I have feeling that most who are selling are the TDAmeritrade guys, since the date/deadline. And if you try to take your loss and sell at bid, who knows if you will get out. Ive seen very few buyers. Last i checked it appeared to have a shell designation. If im correct it could still be quoted per otcmarkets, but that doesnt mean it could still be traded at broker. This things a confusing mess.

doesnt seem to be. Ive seen or heard nothing from the company. I wonder if they are even around. I havent see anything that a custo company is trying to take it over either. The sell volume seems to indicate people are giving up before the deadlines. I guess time will truly tell.
