                              Notice of Redemption

Pursuant to an extraordinary resolution of the holders of the #127,500,000 Class
A2 7.685 Per Cent. Secured Fixed Rate Notes due 2026 (ISIN XS0191962249) (the
"Class A2 Notes") of the Company, validly passed on 21 October 2004, the Company
redeemed the Class A2 Notes on 26 October, 2004.

The Company has redeemed following classes of its Notes today:-

#74,500,000 Class A1 Secured Floating Rate Notes due 2028    (ISIN XS0191959617)

#67,500,000 Class B Secured Floating Rate Notes due 2031     (ISIN XS0191962678)

Accordingly, all outstanding Notes of the Company have been redeemed.
