Result of Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of Everyman Media Group
PLC was held today at Everyman Cinema Hampstead, 5 Holly Bush Vale,
London, NW3 6TX at 9:30 a.m.
All fourteen resolutions put to members were passed
on a poll. Resolutions 1 to 12 were passed as ordinary resolutions
and resolutions 13 and 14 were passed as special resolutions.
The number of votes cast for and against each of the
