Franchise Brands plc (AIM: FRAN), an
international multi-brand franchise business, is hosting a Capital
Markets Day at 2.30pm today, where it will set out the Group's
growth journey so far, growth potential, medium-term strategic
model and financial targets for 2027.
The event will be hosted by Stephen
Hemsley, Executive Chairman, and will include presentations from
the Group's leadership team as follows:
- Unlocking the Group's
potential - Stephen Hemsley, Executive Chairman;
- How the Maximum
Potential Model drives business growth, with presentations as
follows:
o Pirtek - Chris Stuckey, divisional CEO
o Water & Waste Services - Peter Molloy, divisional
CEO
o Filta International - Jason Sayers, divisional CEO

o The

In the presentations, the Group will
set out details of its growth potential and medium-term strategic
model including that:
- the next three years
will focus on integration, organic growth and
deleveraging;
- the Group's Maximum
Potential Model shows significant opportunities for growth given
the current small share of large, fragmented markets;
- the strategic model
underscores the Group's medium-term ambitions, which targets system
sales of £600m and adjusted EBITDA of £60m in 2027;
- operational gearing will
be a significant growth driver, enabled by technology, and will
underpin the path to 10%+ adjusted EBITDA margins; and
- the Group will use cash
flow from its highly cash generative businesses to de-gear and
anticipates being in a net cash position in 2027.
