    Following the announcement of the Placing of 18,500,000 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') on 11 July 2008, the
Company announces that, as of today, there are 114,965,617 Ordinary Shares in issue.  

    ILT Solutions was notified today, subsequent to the Placing, that the following entities now hold notifiable interests in the Company:
