Announce Distribution Agreement VU Games to Distribute Konami's
Highly Anticipated PC Titles Starting in 2004 REDWOOD CITY, Calif.

publisher Konami Digital Entertainment - America (KDEA), a division
of Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc., and Vivendi Universal Games,
Inc. (VU Games) today announced an exclusive distribution agreement
in which VU Games will distribute Konami's widespread roster of PC
games in the United States and Canada. The publishing and marketing
efforts for the games covered by the agreement will continue to be
performed by KDEA's Redwood City, CA office. "VU Games' strong
distribution network will help us reach a larger audience of PC
