Exercise of Warrants, and
Total Voting Rights ("TVR")
Mobile Streams plc, the AIM quoted
mobile content and data intelligence company, is pleased to
announce the exercise of warrants by investors.
A total of 24,119,600
warrants have been exercised at 0.15p per share, resulting in
proceeds received of £36,179.
A total of 24,119,600 ordinary
shares of 0.01p nominal value each ("Ordinary Shares") have been
issued following these warrant exercises and therefore a total of
676,353,396 Ordinary Shares have now been issued
pursuant to the exercise of warrants at 0.15p per share under the
Block Listing Application announced on 3 October 2024.
Total Voting Rights
Following the issue of the Ordinary
Shares as described above, the Company's issued share capital
consists of 8,370,747,137 ordinary shares with a nominal value of
0.01p each, with voting rights. The Company does not hold any
Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the above figure may be
used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the
calculation by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance
and Transparency Rules.
