Result of AGM

 

CQS New City High Yield Fund Limited announces that at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today all resolutions proposed were duly passed. Four of these resolutions were special resolutions.

The proxy votes received on each resolution proposed at the Annual General Meeting will shortly be available for inspection on the Company's website.
