Change of Auditor

London, UK, 2 June 2015 (LSE: PVG): Premier Veterinary Group plc ("PVG" or the "Company") announces that, as indicated in the Annual Report and Accounts published on 29 April 2015 ("Annual Report"), Deloitte LLP ("Deloitte") have now resigned as the Company's Auditor and the Board has appointed Grant Thornton UK LLP ("GT") as Auditor for the financial year ending 30 September 2015. GT have accepted the appointment, which is subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 26 June 2015.

As outlined in the Annual Report, GT had previously been engaged to audit the accounts of Premier Veterinary Group Limited (now PVG 2007 Limited) and its five subsidiaries. GT's appointment will, therefore, provide continuity in this regard in the next audit of the Group's accounts.

There are no matters in connection with Deloitte's resignation as Auditor which, in the view of the Board, need to be brought to the attention of shareholders. The Board would like to thank Deloitte for their diligent work and significant contribution as the Company's Auditor over many years.
