The Stanley Gibbons Group Plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Fitzpatrick as Chief Finance Officer (CFO) and Company Secretary of the Company with immediate effect. Anthony Gee, the current Chief Finance Officer and Company Secretary will step down as a director and Company Secretary at the same time.

Kevin has over 20 years' experience in senior finance roles. Most recently he was Chief Financial Officer for Arise Media and Technology, an international, privately owned media and technology group.

Prior to this, Kevin worked in various sectors as a senior finance executive with companies including Decisive Media, Faceparty.com and Veolia.

Graham Shircore, Chief Executive officer of the Company, said,

During the past five years, Kevin has been a Director of Virtual FD Limited since March 2013.

Kevin holds no ordinary shares in The Stanley Gibbons Group plc.
