Board Changes

The Company announces the appointment of Stuart Burgin, 53, to the Board as Interim CEO and the resignation of Hugh Cawley, Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. As previously announced, Stuart has had a career predominantly in the food industry originally at RHM and Robert McBride and subsequently at Oscar Mayer. He has been the CEO and Managing Director of a number of businesses, and a constant theme in his career has been his strong leadership skills. He is a member of the Institute for Turnaround and has considerable experience in transformation programmes.

The following information is disclosed pursuant to Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies. Stuart is currently a director of the following companies:

AGS (Home Improvements) Limited, AGS Southern Limited and Crown Architectural Aluminium Limited entered administration on 24 April 2013, 10 July 2013 and 24 April 2013 respectively. Following a period of improved trading, these businesses were acquired out of administration on 24 April 2014.

Stuart has also been the director of the following companies in the five years preceding this announcement:

Readco 299 Limited and Readco 300 entered administration on 15 July 2005 following a fire at the Companies' premises which proved terminal to operations.
