Tecteon Plc, ("Tecteon" or "the Company") the developer of DSP (Digital Signal
Processing) software and hardware for audio speech enhancement and hearing
protection technologies  announces that Dr. Masoud Ahmadi has resigned from his
role as Director of Tecteon with immediate effect for personal reasons.





Masoud Alikhani, Chairman of Tecteon commented:



"It is with regret that we have accepted Masoud's resignation from the role of
Director. He has been instrumental in building the team and in the development
of the technology. The Company is seeking to retain Masoud's services as a
consultant during the transition phase."
