Fernandez is going to take his lumps from NASDAQ compliance department and utilize the RXMD merger as the sacrificial lamb to regain compliance.

Investors of both NXPL & RXMD have lost faith in Fernandez's ability to deliver. A lot of selling has occurred this week.

The unwarranted silent treatment & sneaky reverse split has come back to bite him in the arse.

An RS is more likely than a recovering share price. One glance at the 1yr chart says it all. Lastly, I've seen more selling than buying recently.

True, but too much in the pipeline coming for that to happen. Plus the chances of another RS are slim to none. I don't (definitely) see that happening at all. Once the merger is finalized it's off and running.

Agree, insiders will hold a lot of shares.

With cash on hand and low debt, I'd expect a share buyback before an NXPL rs.

RXMD was different, after the NXPL investment, RXMD didn't have enough available shares to settle the preferred shares and the warrants. Apples and oranges.

After merger, all of those insider RXMD shares will become insider NXPL shares. I believe those shares will be restricted. NXPL has a low OS, and it will still be low after the merger. I'm feeling bullish about the low float and all of the fundamentals!

There's those $1.00 BIDS I forecasted a week ago, just a matter of time before NASDAQ compliance team comes knocking on Fernandez's door again for trading below $1.00

Rest assured Fernandez has the RS card to play again, just like he did with RXMD.

That is what helps them sleep at night as well as justify Fernandez's carefree attitude toward shareholders and a 56% decline in share price; all while chasing the falling knife in hopes of breaking even someday. SMH too!
