But this is Interesting. Page 12 shows that the shares effective date was also requested as June 8th for the series G shares. So, whenever they got approved, the effective date was definitely June 8th as well, meaning they very well could have closed the deal per the statement from the Q.

This acquisition was closed subsequent to June 30, 2024, effective September 9, 2024, which conditions of closing and the closing were agreed to by all parties.

Geokall acquisition wasn’t done by G shares since they were only approved recently. It looks like they used the other already approved shares for geokall if that really closed (closed as in acquired)

The G shares are meant for the UI minority acquisition. Since they are approved and issued, this def could be the good start.

When in EM they don’t have to PR and 8K anything. Take a look at the copy and paste from the Q yesterday. There are several ‘news’ items that happened in the EM time frame. The debt reduction was one of the bigger ones.

Looking back, I find it very interesting that we didn't see an 8k about these shares filed June 8th. Could this be why we have been in EM? Was this to remain stealthy or just incompetence as some tout?

When they close UI and Geokall, I think it is time to accept that there might be some 5D chess at play.

MASL - which means we really should have VuMe "launched this year" stated by ST3 (grain of salt) but starting to look more and more like it has to and will by November (because of the MASL season)

VuMe Launch with potential sporting events, arenas, smart cities, music, crypto, banking, broadband, betting, and most likely the medical too could take the market by storm. I can see why they haven't really posted on socials... They are taking a chunk from several sectors and will build a recycling sign of funding within their own ecosystem.

Once UI is solidified, I bet we see more from our entire board (which is filled with unrecognized talent) I have said over and over, Claudia's connections to Latin America, her business ventures, Bloomberg
We have a major player at Qualcom on our board

Right now might not look like much, but they are sleeping giants.

They are getting things inked and ready to launch. That's what me thinks. November in time for MASL is a must, but could we start to see a drip campaign this month leading up to it???? PLEASE!!!

Maybe we will once this deal is finalized. I think we start seeing more and more updates from them until the launch.

Thank you. Looks like this is the issuance of Series F and G shares. G shares were designated for Urban Icon soooooo that is a path to getting a minority interest in UI. Let’s hope UI approved the partial acquisition. :). This is one step I was looking for.

Once the app is launched, it will be nice to have more exclusive content on VuMe from Blue Collar. Mark Rowan has some really solid relationships and has clearly built a name for himself.

I believe it was his crew that built the content for these fights, but they were pretty good this round for Genesis. I wish we would see VuMe content listed on Blue Collars site, but there is none so far. Not sure why they wouldn't?

VuMe SuperApp can circumvent those issues..wonder which smart devices will off VuMe backend built-in.

On a positive note… blue collar seems to be the only subsidiary that is increasing its revenues organically. Per the latest Q their revenues increase 3 fold. At this pace they’ll be making more than speed connect in a few quarters …. Especially since they’re dragging vume app possibility along.

They gotta release it and get sure on it. They couldn’t even use the app for international boxing. A perfect example of getting things out there, getting feedback and enhancing / fixing the bugs. Great is the enemy of good enough.

Blue Collar has been consistent. I think a lot of people will watch this, especially since the lead singer recently passed away.

Glad to see ST3 "reassure" us that it will be launched "this year". Will these 3 months come and go? Possibly, or will this be in November for the Soccer? That timeline at least makes sense for that. Hard to commit to MASL and then not have an app..

Taking what he says with a grain of salt, but I do think he has to get a bunch of things lined up for a successful launch. IF that is what is causing the delays, I would gladly trade the delays for a successful launch.
