I see your point. He does need to come through. However in my opinion he came through with Hygieia. I don't fully understand why he dumped them. He told me it was because they had a difference in opinion as far as direction they would take. He also said he wanted to focus on H2O. Those reasons might be true, but I still think he should have kept them. Some income is better than nothing and for a while, after dumping Hygieia, all we had was nothing. Hopefully he makes up for it with H2O.

The problem isn't that it is entirely possible for a better quarter and investors are overlooking it. The problem is that Alex has pushed dozens of false narratives in the past and some appear to be limiting their risk in the fact that he might do it again. It'll take some time to flush out of the mess he made from 12+ years of questionable business practices.

Everything you said should be obvious, but I think some people are just choosing not to see it. We just have to wait for whatever happens when Q3 Revs come out. Hopefully we have a good new year.

The bad thing is I'm fairly sure there is a gag order on the lawsuit stuff, but by not addressing it all just looks scammy, especially since it was a scam anyway. All he had to do was address it, but instead he redirected as usual. Since he put it in the filings, scammer number 2 could conjure the suit up. Q3 will be telling.

Why we are not seeing any positive stock price movement has to do with the decision Alex took to stay mute even after a non-zero Q2. If had given more details and had done any PRs, we would have gone to at least .006.

I agree completely. They should show good Q3 revs. If not then no excuse will save them at this point. The Ossifix lawsuit could be a problem for a while, but if they have a good Q3 and beyond then I don't see that lawsuit being a big issue even if they loose it.

There were revs in Q2. Not a lot, but a lot people were expecting -0-. He has no excuses to not have a big jump in Q3 revs. I'm not too worried about that, but this Ossifix lawsuit is a bit concerning. Could drag out for awhile. Still sticking to my theory that this stock either goes 50x or more or to .0001. And I think it happens within the next year.

I didn't ask about it this time, but he did mention that all the other subsidiaries understood the reason for being divested by UATG except one (guess which one). He said he still maintains a good relationship with all the other former partners (with the one exception). That was all I got on the topic.

Did you ask about the lawsuit or counter suit? That is one of the elephants in the room.

I spoke to Alex yesterday. We had a good conversation that lasted probably 20 minutes. First it is worth noting that Alex is getting over being sick. He said he tested positive for both Covid and the flu. He was still coughing a bit on the call. He mentioned things are running behind a bit because of that. I don't recall everything we talked about, but below is what I can remember. I apologize if it isn't in any rational order.
* I asked whether earnings are on track to meet what was projected and he felt they are either on track or at least very close.
* He said they are focused on constructing as many oil treatment units as possible. There is a huge demand and they are doing their best to meet that demand, but at the same time they are trying to mostly use revenue to finance the construction. He explained why, but I don't remember what it was.
* He explained that the reason UATG divested itself of most of the other subsidiaries was that they did not have the potential as H2O and he wanted to focus all resources on H2O since it has a lot higher potential.
* He explained that the water treatment actually has more potential than the oil. However,. the oil treatment is quicker, cheaper and easier to get into at this time.
* I asked about whether they were still planning on buying oil to treat and sell. He said that is still the plan since the income would be better, but they are still planning renting the units also.
* He is planning on creating another update soon, but is behind because of being sick and also he is waiting on a few things.
* Hurricane Helene appears to be heading straight for the UATG office so he thinks that might hold things up a bit.
* The only remaining subsidiary is UAT and it is mostly inactive because they are focusing all their efforts on H2O. He said it still has potential.
* He wants to build a facility to manufacture the oil and water treatment units to speed up production time, but if I understood him correctly that is something that won't happen anytime soon.
If I remember anything else that is worth mentioning I will post again.
