You're clueless...the reverse split will raise the PPS, but not the value of your position. However, after the split and the sell off from the note holders, the price will fall back down to extremely low levels as it did in the past, thereby destroying your cost basis and making your stocks pretty much worthless. Just talk to those people who were around after the split! Oh' I forget, there are only new bag holders here now until the next split wipes them out.

Maybe in two to three years after running to $0.01 - $0.05? Only god knows.

Don't listen to pumpers like BIOCHEMUP and others. This stock has had three reverse splits in the past five years, so these guys are all new pumpers to the dead party as the last pumpers were all wiped out last year after the last split in May 2023. After these guys you're talking to are wiped out after the next split, there will be new bag holders boarding for the next round! And by the way, because these guys on this forum are so low IQ, I'm sure they don't know how to figure out when the next split will come...aka the day they get wiped out!

This stock has had 3 reverse splits in the past 5 years, so I'm guessing that no one here now has been holding since May 23, 2023, or else you would be wiped out. So everyone here now are new bag holders until you're wiped out in the next split after the massive dilution is complete. Then after you're wiped out and gone, there will be a new group of bag holders. And by the way, because these guys are so low IQ, I'm sure they can't even figure out when the next reverse split will occur--aka...the day they see their investments vanish!

Nah, you aren't bad luck! These plays are really quick and few and far between (ones w/ real substantial runs)... IMO. Ive been late to quite a few of the "parties" myself. Maybe our luck is about to change.... maybe the rest of the year we will nail some big runners. Always great to catch up with you!!

Don't waste your time replying to low IQ echo chamber dwellers. They'll learn their lessons after this reverse splits and the note holders once again drive down the PPS--completing the fraudulent dilution- split cycle.

Scam, Sham, or pyramid scheme or simply a struggling company is anybody's guess. Company has been in business for 17 years and hasn't produced a single marketable product, yet the CEO awarded himself millions in compensation and bonuses over this period despite a significant decline in the company's overall value and company's ever-increasing debt obligations. Board of directors consists of only 2 members (the CEO, Mr. Nathanielsz and Dr. Kenyon). Their only full time employee is Mr. Nathanielsz's wife Sylvia Nathanielsz. Also, the Nathanielsz, a chemist by trade, with no financial or accounting background is acting as the CFO. Just too many red flags! And after his dilution scheme is complete, I promise you there will be another reverse split (which most newbies here don't remember), after which time all of your investments will disappear once the note holder begin driven down the PPS on the sell off. Don't say I didn't warn you!

June 21 filing = yet ANOTHER convertible note being issued.

Has everyone noticed ppcb's financing has become a bit convoluted compared to the issuance of straight convertible notes?

Our good friends from Diagonal have once again gone to the well:

15% $49,200 principal with $41,000 purchase price (wait WHAT???) April 15, 2025 maturity.

The note is only convertible if Diagonal opts to convert after an Event of Default. (This note has predetermined principal payments. Given ppcb is in constant need of CASH, it's likely it will default on making any of the predetermined principal payment dates and this will trigger--to Diagonal's DELIGHT--the note being convertible at 65% of the lowest trade ten days blah, blah, blah).

IF the note were converted today, I figure 70+million more shares would be issued.

Compare and contrast 70 million with current OS of 183 million. (Can you say long positions will once again be SEVERELY diluted?).

To recap, Diagonal is buying a 15% note at a 16.7% discount which will be converted at 65% of the lowest trade. Meanwhile, longs keep Hoovering up all of the frequently minted shares--WEIRD.

More shares for everyone--having more of something is a good thing, right?

I'm not here to teach you investment finance or risk analysis. All I can do is warn you and point you to the 10Q and other SEC filings and if that doesn't change your mind, then too bad for you! I just hope you're not betting anything you can't afford to lose.

There is a lot of dilution but intrinsically there is also some meat to the bone. Time will tell what happens here.
