Home Solutions to Announce First Quarter Results on May 23rd; Company Expects to Report Record First Quarter Results at That Time DALLAS, May 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Home Solutions of America, Inc. (AMEX:HOM), a niche provider of specialty residential services, announced today that it will file for an automatic extension of time to file its 10-Q for the first quarter ended March 31, 2005. The Company now expects to report first quarter results on May 23rd and to hold a conference call and webcast at that time. The delay in filing is due to the additional time needed to complete the audit of Cornerstone Building and Remodeling, Inc., which the Company acquired on March 31, 2005. The Company expects to report record first quarter revenue and earnings when it releases its quarterly results on May 23.
