Home Federal Bancorp, Inc. of Louisiana (the “Company”) was unable to file with the Securities and Exchange Commission its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended June 30, 2020 (the “Form 10-K”) within the prescribed time period because the Company required additional time to make adjustments to its financial information, and the corresponding XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language) Interactive Data Files for the financial statements and notes, to be included in the Form 10-K.
