A.I.S. Resources Limited Announces Grant of Options
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - May 21, 2014) -
A.I.S. RESOURCES LTD. (TSX-VENTURE:AIS.H) (the "Corporation")
announced today that its Board of Directors has granted an
aggregate of 200,000 options under the Corporation's stock option
plan to a director and certain consultants of the Corporation. The
options have an exercise price of $0.60 per share and expire on May
20, 2019.
