China Select Capital Partners Corp. (TSX VENTURE: CH) ("China Select"), a Canada-based investment issuer and asset management firm focused on managing and facilitating foreign investment in the private equity RMB fund industry in China, today announced that CEO, Joseph Fodor, President, Min Kuang and Managing Director, David Yoo will be hosting a panel on RMB Funds at the International PIPEs Conference 2010 in Shanghai, China on May 25, 2010.

The International PIPEs Conference 2010, organized by DealFlow Media, is one of the most influential events for cross-border investment between North America and China. Approximately 200 public and private companies are expected to attend the conference from a variety of sectors including technology, energy, biotech/pharmaceuticals and natural resources.

China Select will lead a panel discussion focused on RMB funds titled, "RMB Funds: What does this Emerging Source of Capital mean for Chinese Companies?" beginning on May 26, 2010 at 4:15 PM Shanghai time. The panel will be moderated by Jin Zhiguo, Chairman of Tsingtao Brewery Group and will include such distinguished panellists as Dingfa Liu, Jun He Law Firm, Timothy Wang, Suzhou Industrial Park Venture Capital, Li Junfeng, Energy Research Institute, in addition to Messrs. Fodor and Yoo from China Select.

The International PIPEs Conference 2010 is a two-day investment conference held from May 25 to 26, 2010 at the Hyatt on the Bund in Shanghai, China. This conference is attended by institutional investors and investment bankers, company management teams from China, deal finders from China, international business development executives, investor relations professionals and private equity and venture capital investors from China. This is the second year that this event is being held in Shanghai, China.
