Dorex Minerals Inc. (TSX VENTURE:DOX) is pleased to announce that crews and a D6
bulldozer have been positioned and are being mobilized to begin the diamond
drilling program preparations in Chile, for the company's continuous exploration
of the polymetalic Carmelita property, located 55 km east of the city of La
Serena within the Atacama Desert located in Chile.

The company completed a 64.5 linear km VLF magnetic survey on 3 large
mineralized zones that returned significant high grade copper results as
described in the News Release dated January 25, 2008.

exhibiting a strong northerly trend. Lengths of these six anomalies range from
1,150 meters to 2,500 meters.

These crews and equipment have been contracted to handle property access,
overburden removal and logistics.

The drilling program will commence shortly once the drill pads are in place and
the site preparation and logistics have been completed.

A future news release will be issued outlining the details of the Carmelita
diamond drilling program.

The company also reports the settlement with a creditor has been obtained and
finalized.

Peter Walton President & CEO, states "It is a progressive time for the company
