VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Apr 3, 2014) - G4G Resources Ltd. (TSX-VENTURE:GXG) ("G4G") is pleased to announce that it has now scheduled its 2014 Annual General Meeting for May 29, 2014 to be held at Suite 217-179 Davie Street, Vancouver BC at the hour of 10:00am.

The meeting is being convened for the purpose of appointing Auditors, election of Directors and consideration and approval of a Rolling Stock Option Plan.

On February 29, 2014 the company announced a proposed 10 for 1 Share Consolidation. Under the Articles of the Incorporation the Company hopes to complete the Share Consolidation with the consent of the TSX-V prior to the Company's Annual General Meeting.

No Name Change is contemplated at this time in connection with the Share Consolidation.
