Thelon Capital Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: THC) is pleased to announce that it has arranged for a combined $400,000 Non Brokered Private placement and debt settlement at .11 cents a unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one 2 year share purchase warrant exercisable @ .20 the first year and .30 the second. This is subject to TSX Ventures approval.

There is a finders fee payable in connection with the Private Placement.
