Probably an insider. Who knows better than them how well company is doing and if there is a plan to go private down the line. I got latest financials from Dan at NoName and they were great, as usual. Almost a buck a share in earnings. Book value continues to go up. Good little company.

I didn't think 2500 shares was even available. But, good for you. I still think stock is worth $12-$14, but haven't seen most recent financials. Will have to contact them. Take care.

I'm buying some so they are not buying all of what becomes available. I think I am getting mine from another TD account holder. No proof just seems to be an internal swapping based on the trades I've initiated.

Couple questions. Anyone see the latest numbers? And does anyone else think this is the company buying back stock. Buy back shares till, what, $10, then announce going private? Smart guys, if it is their plan.

There is/are market makers. It is a matter of getting them to shop around to see if any orders match up. The last annual I got from them, which was fall 2017, it looked like they had bought back about 20,000 shares if I remember correctly. Which I felt was a good move by the company. If you can get your stock off the street for less than book value, everyone wins. They should just take it private between $12-$16.

I didn't receive anything. From watching this for a while now it appears that orders are handling every so often all at once. There has never been a bid or ask displayed. When I was buying my shares I just put in the price I wanted to pay and the order got filled. Really not sure if a MM is doing it or the company. I am always a little concerned that the company may be filling orders with new shares from time to time.
I tried contacting them and got nowhere also.

Did earnings come out? Best volume I have seen in a long time. Or maybe company buying back some stock?

You are very welcome. Dan has a number of interesting picks. One, COMX, is getting bought out at a very nice profit for readers of his blog. QDLC should be coming out with numbers end of July. But, SIMA is probably my favorite. Book value, earnings, etc. all very nice.

Really liked Kyzen because the CFO responded in a couple of days and we had a very frank discussion about the stock. I find it unusual to be able to get that much info from them usually. In a lot of these smaller companies with thin trading I look for the succession plan. What happens when the person who built it leaves. If it looks like a sale to a larger company I hope to find the payoff.

I think if you call company they will send out latest financial info available, if interested.

Unfortunately I'm the guy who had to push it to 7 just to get in. Will wait to see what happens here and try to add if it ever drifts lower.

Don't have enough time to check where I have posted so please bear with me. Should probably spring for a sub on this site. Couple of solid investments have been FSCR which is probably a long hold. More excited about KYZN substantial discount to book and barely noticed by anyone. More mainstream and still very small but pays a good dividend is BURCA. No idea why no one is paying attention to this company.

Mov1es, I own HYDI. In fact, bought some soaps and hand sanitizers from them. I think I put link to buy on HYDI board here. Love the product. Hand sanitizer is great. Use a very very small amount and somehow it spreads all over hands. They just need to get into stores where they get noticed. Another website with similar stocks is SAAdvisory.com, https://www.saadvisory.com
There are a couple companies that noname and SA have in common, like QDLC. I have had a lot of positive returns with these obscure companies. Probably because the cheats from Wall Street stay away.
When I was a broker I specialized in small otc companies so it is nice to have a couple good websites to give me ideas. Got any you are excited about?

tsoprano, I love these obscure long long term investments. I should probably just follow you and noname around. One of my others is HYDI not terribly exciting but solid. Often with a lot of inside holders they just don't move much. I think with the long bull market we have been riding it is good to be in some of these names to diversify and I am hoping they don't get affected by a downturn as much.

Well, not sure anyone reads this but thought I would share a little from last Report from SIMA. Thanks to Dan from NoNameStocks, who emailed me the report. Dan may be the only other guy to read this but here goes:
Revs over $22 mil, up about 8-10% from last year.
EPS of $.66 similar to last report.
Book value up to $7.76 with cash and cash equivalents of $4.80 per share.
All I can say is wow. I am hoping the company will eventually do right by shareholders and give a dividend or take it private. Eventually something good should happen. Only gets more expensive the longer they wait.

No I don't have a relationship with anyone. And I don't know about current inside ownership. All I know are the numbers from their SEC documents in 2001 which I mentioned in my first blog post

After seeing another 2600 bought today I went back and read the write up at NoNameStocks and saw in there that Dan had a conversation with management(unlike my conversation here with myself) about using the cash for taking company private. That was what had gotten me thinking they are buying stock back now. I think instead of putting out a blanket offer at $10-$12 they are getting some cheap shares as they go up the ladder. What I don't know is what insiders own. If it is close to 50% then my guesses are different than if they only own 1%. So if anyone is actually reading these posts and happens to know the figure or even an educated guess, I would love to hear. Of course, it could be an insider buying now, too.

Why did I take a big position in BWMG? Last week, after they released their Q report, BWMG had more Cash than Market Capitalization (total value of 100% of stock), More Profit than Mkt Cap,and a Float (non-insider stock) of about $130,000!! It was an easy decision with Mkt Cap if $260,000 and cash over $300,000, and profits of over $300,000 in the last 9 months alone. And it went book value positive from negative book too.

It is still only a 6 PE stock, so if goes to normal 23 P/E another 4 bags in order.

This is good news. When a stock makes a multiyear high like it did on Friday close, that is an indication of Supply drying up, per Jesse Livermore. But NTIP just did it Friday. The fact there were no sellers and they had to halt trading on an $70 million mkt cap company (not a dinker unknown) which is well known in high tech world as they are getting big settlements with Apple and Dell, etc. indicates the Supply has been dried up more than one would expect. Folks have had a weekend to know there stock is on multiyear highs, yet so little was available it was halted 6 mins after open.

Quite encouraging.

Ah T, I saw your post, since price was same thought it was NTIP board, now see its Sonics board. Just coincidence they are both same price.
