Supplementary Prospectus dated 16 May 2016 (the "Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the EUR60,000,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme of Lloyds Bank plc, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of interest and principal by Lloyds Bank Covered Bonds LLP.

The Supplementary Prospectus should be read and construed in conjunction with the base prospectus dated 31 March 2016 (together, the "Base Prospectus").
