                            Directors' Shareholdings



The Company announces the issue of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company, pursuant to the exercise of options.  Application has been made to the
London Stock Exchange for admission of the shares to trading on AIM.  Trading in
50,000 of the shares is expected to commence on 30 June 2006 and trading in the
remaining 950,000 shares on 4 July 2006.



On 27 June 2006 David Jones and Anthony J. Williams exercised options over
500,000 and 250,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company respectively under
the terms of a stock option agreement dated 29 March 1999.



David Jones' beneficial holding in the ordinary shares of the Company following
this exercise is 1,515,000 ordinary shares (1.19% of the Company's issued share
capital).



Anthony J. Williams' beneficial holding in the ordinary shares of the Company
following this exercise is 2,250,012 ordinary shares (1.77% of the Company's
issued share capital).
