The Company was notified on 5 February 2007 that JPMorgan Chase & Co has a
notifiable interest in 9,600,000 ordinary shares in the Company, all of which
are held by JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited.



This interest represents 7.36% of both the Company's current issued share
capital and of total voting rights.
