Issue of Equity 
 
The Directors of Acuity VCT 3 plc (the "Company") announce that further to the 
allotment of 104,790 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company (the "Ordinary 
Shares") on 1 April 2010 pursuant to a Offer for Subscription of the Company 
dated 4 March 2010 for up to 2,175,000 Ordinary Shares (the "Offer"), an 
application for the Ordinary Shares allotted to be admitted to the Official List 
of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market 
for listed securities will be made shortly and dealings are expected to commence 
on or around 19 October 2010. 
 
The Offer in respect of the 2009/2010 tax year has now closed.  The Offer in 
respect of the 2010/2011 tax year will continue, and will be reviewed on 6 
December 2010.
