BlackRock UK Smaller Companies Fund has participated in the placing announced on 14 February 2011 and, in the event that the various conditions to that placing are satisfied, including, amongst others, the receipt of shareholder approval at the General Meeting to be held on 3 March 2011, then the number of shares held by them in Atlantic will increase.
