Preliminary Results Announcement Date

Celsis International plc, a leading international manufacturer of rapid
diagnostic systems for the world's pharmaceutical, personal care, dairy and
beverage industries and a leading US supplier of cGMP analytical services for
the pharmaceutical industry, will announce its Preliminary Results for the year
ended 31 March 2004, on Thursday 27 May 2004.

There will be a presentation to analysts on the day at 11.00am, held at College
Hill, 78 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6HH.
