              Announces the Appointment of Chief Operating Officer


11 December 2007 - ClinPhone plc ("ClinPhone" or the "Company"), a leading
specialist supplier of technology solutions to the clinical trials industry,
announces the appointment of Vincent Renz as Chief Operating Officer.  Vincent
has over 26 years of experience in the information technology industry,
specifically in the development and delivery of technology driven products and
services. ClinPhone's technology reduces the cost and duration of running
clinical trials and improves the accuracy, integrity and consistency of data
collected.


In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Vincent will coordinate all of the
global operating groups that are responsible for the development, delivery and
support of ClinPhone's clinical trial technology services to customers. His
focus will be on ensuring the optimal investment in ClinPhone's global
infrastructure required to support the timely delivery of quality products and
services, in a cost effective manner.


Prior to joining ClinPhone, Vincent worked for eResearch Technology, Inc. as the
Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. In that role, he was
responsible for building and managing the client services infrastructure
required to scale the business in support of accelerated revenue and profit
growth experienced by its core cardiac safety services.



Vincent earned an M.B.A. in Management Information Systems from Indiana
University and a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. Notre Dame
has recently invited him to become involved in the newly formed mentor program
for both graduate and undergraduate students in its business school.
