STATEMENT RE SUSPENSION 
 
 
 
The Board of Faces Cosmetics plc (the "Company") announces that the Company 
will be able to publish its annual audited accounts for the year ended 31 July 
2008 by the end of February rather than by 31 January 2009 as required by AIM 
Rule 19. Consequently, the Company's shares have been suspended from trading on 
AIM until such time as these accounts have been published and sent to 
shareholders. 
 
 
The delay in publishing the accounts has occurred as a result of appointment of 
new auditors for the period.  The Board anticipate that the audited accounts 
will be published and posted to shareholders by 27 February 2009.
