                              Exercise of warrants


GVM Metals Limited ('Company') announces that application has today been made
for 181,818 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each to be admitted to trading on
AIM pursuant to the exercise of warrants at an exercise price of 11 pence per
share.



The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing
ordinary shares and trading is expected to commence on 10 July 2007.



Following admission, 207,950,521 shares will be in issue.
