Fund shares of 1p each at 102.46p per share, to be held as Treasury shares.

The total number of Hedge Fund Shares held in Treasury following this
repurchase is 468,000.

The total number of Hedge Fund Shares of 1p each remaining in issue (excluding
468,000 Hedge Fund Shares of 1p each held in Treasury) is 19,664,708.

UK Equity Shares

The Company announces that, on 7 November 2008, it repurchased 32,500 UK Equity
Shares of 1p each at 71.10p per share, to be held as Treasury shares.

The total number of UK Equity Shares held in Treasury following this repurchase
is 2,643,000.

The total number of UK Equity Shares of 1p each remaining in issue (excluding
2,643,000 UK Equity Shares of 1p each held in Treasury) is 45,416,039.
