Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company received notification today from Bran Keogh, Executive Director of the Company, that he sold 500,000 ordinary shares of the Company on 23 May 2014 at a weighted average price of 49.7 pence per share.

As previously announced Bran's resignation from Leaf will be effective 31 May.
