The Company was notified on 2 March 2009 that as at 27 February 2009 Credit 
Suisse Client Nominees (UK) Limited had an interest in 7,212,678 ordinary shares 
in the capital of the Company, representing 14.84% of the Company's ordinary 
share capital. Of these shares, 5,912,678 (representing 12.17% of the Company's 
issued share capital) were held on behalf of GLG North America Opportunity Fund 
and 1,300,000 (representing 2.67% of the Company's issued share capital) on 
behalf of CSPB - GLG European Long Short Fund. In addition, as at 27 February 
2009 CS Securities (Europe) Limited had a beneficial interest in 1,780,864 
ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (representing 3.66% of the 
Company's issued share capital).
