Petropavlovsk PLC ('Petropavlovsk' or the 'Company') announces that it has been notified of the following transaction in the Company's ordinary shares of GBP0.01 ('Ordinary Shares') each undertaken by JSC Fincraft Investment House, a person closely associated with Mr Bektas Mukazhanov, a Non-Executive Director of the Company. JSC Fincraft Investment House owns a total of 1,192,406 ordinary shares representing an interest of 0.036% in the Company's issued Ordinary Shares.
